These modules have been a fantastic tool to enable representatives to develop their learning in key areas of the pharmacy environment so that they can have effective conversations that are relevant to their customer environment. We wanted something that was informative, would check representatives understanding but could also be used as a reference to sustain reps learns. The modules you produced satisfied all 3 requirements and feedback so far has been that they have increased representative's confidence to have more informative conversations with their pharmacists

An excellent insight into the real value of consultations and MURs. An eye opener for just how much work needs to be done on an individual basis. We are not good at counselling as we often think we are. Deborah Evans should be prescribed on the NHS

Excellent, both speakers were motivational and inspiring

We found the session on primary care very helpful to understand how guidance is put together including the logistics of switching. Pharmacists are our friends and a valued customer; let's treat them as one

Excellent facilitation - one of the best sessions we have had as an LPC

Deborah recently ran an event for the primary care trust and LPC to start developing a joint vision for community pharmacy and the steps needed to take that vision forward. We achieved a significant amount of outputs and came away with both short term and long term objectives. She managed to keep us focused on the task in hand, even around areas of potential sensitivity. The session was facilitated excellently and overall it was very worthwhile

Very nice documents!

I attended the course as a refresher and was pleased that the course content provided far more than this and helped me to focus on the planning needs of our pharmacies to strengthen our existing position and enable us to deliver the future needs of our pharmacy practices.

An area that I found particularly beneficial was creating a bespoke action plan for our group to deliver the benefits of the White Paper.

I feel certain that the cost of the event will be more than covered by the potential benefits and outcomes of the day

Thanks for your falls and osteoporosis module. I thought it was an excellent, practical take on the subject.
