balance have been commissioned by Pfizer to develop and deliver training to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals on conducting an NHS Health Check. The training includes recruiting patients, point of care testing including all aspects of quality assurance, risk assessment tool, communication of risk and risk management. The first training event was held in March 2010 in South Yorkshire with excellent feedback and early delivery outcomes.
