The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) identified the need to hold LPC workshops to discuss the Pharmacy White Paper and how an LPC business plan needed to change to incorporate new priorities. balance were asked to put together a proposal to run a series of these in England.
Aimed at LPC Chairs and other LPC members involved in the development of LPC strategy, this workshop covered how to develop an LPC strategy in line with the White Paper, including the importance of agreeing an LPC purpose, defining the LPC role, engaging all key stakeholders and understanding the change management process.
